Asia and the Middle East no longer hold any secrets for ITALIANSPED, as the latest extraordinarily complex shipment to Turkmenistan clearly demonstrates.

This involved the transport of an enormous, ultra-modern tile and sanitaryware production plant, to be delivered CIP on behalf of SACMI to Baherden.
A high-volume shipment consisted of several extremely large and heavy items, it involved the use of an astonishing 550 containers and 150 trucks.
ITALIANSPED planned and executed the shipments to perfection: there were no less than three border crossings (Georgia and Azerbaijan) and two different ships were needed for the Italy-Georgia and Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan routes.

Meticulous planning, versatility and effective local organization proved to be decisive, ensuring we were able to meet our commitments to all those involved in this impressive industrial project.
