Over the last few weeks, Group Integrated Logistics organized a visit to the Imola and Calderara di Reno (BO) facilities. This event - attended by several company teams and colleagues from SACMI Iberica, a Network company - sought to standardize the interpretation of logistics KPIs within the Group, within which Italiansped is a pivotal partner. The meeting constituted a major step towards ever-greater integration between group logistics and the network companies: such sharing drives dialogue and aims to boost performance through the shared reading of indicators and the actions to be taken.

Each team imparted its own experience and expertise to address and analyse shared challenges and identify opportunities for optimizing logistics processes. Synergy between the various corporate entities allowed us to analyse the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in detail and identify areas for process improvement and strategies for more efficient implementation.

This collaborative approach ensures that the identified solutions are effective and able to be implemented smoothly, bringing tangible benefits both to SACMI and the customer network as a whole.

The visit was part of an ongoing dialogue which will involve further meetings and knowledge-sharing, allowing us to further strengthen integration and achieve increasingly ambitious goals.
